Activate AI features

Availability: The setting is available from eWay-CRM version 9.0.

The setting is in: Administration Center > Features > General.

The Activate AI features setting allows users to use AI features that are integrated into eWay-CRM. For more information, see AI Features in eWay-CRM.

Click Activate AI features to turn the setting on/off.

If the function is turned on, AI features will be available to users, so they can use them for easy task creation, email summarization, etc. For more information, see AI Features in eWay-CRM. For new installations, the feature is enabled by default.

If the function is turned off, AI features are not available to any user.

When you change the settings, be sure to click Save. For more information, go to Features.
