The user cannot see Superior item of emails, calendar and tasks in MS Outlook, or other eWay-CRM components are missing. There is no error message in the log that could be connected with this error.
If you have turned on the diagnostic log (see the article Turn on the diagnostic log), this diagnostic log will show an error like this one:

The error is caused by Microsoft.Vbe.Interop.Forms.dll library which cannot be loaded from GAC (Global Assembly Cache).
You need to download and run .NET Framework Repair Tool and restart the PC after it is finished.
