eWay-CRM has its own log system that informs about bugs or other issues when the system is in use. But sometimes, there is need of more detailed information about issues that cannot be provided by the standard log.

More detailed diagnostics can be set when you download the file from https://download.eway-crm.com/regfiles/DebugLevel.zip. Unzip it and launch it. The file writes a new setting in eWay-CRM Windows Registry and the diagnostic log is turned on from that time.
