eWay-CRM Online add-in for Outlook: Some functions are not avilable

Older versions of Office (mostly Exchange on-premise version) can show this dialog:

These versions use Internet Explorer 11 to display eWay-CRM Online. Internet Explorer 11 is not supported anymore. Although the add-in will work, new features will not available. The add-in can be basically used only for reading.

These are examples of unavailable functions:

• Toolbar with actions
• Saving an e-mail
• Conversion of an e-mail
• Teams button
• Sharing button
• and others.

The solution is to update to Office 2021 and higher: https://eway.cr/old_office_ie
