Creation of crash dump file can help us to resolve issues when e.g. Microsoft Outlook is freezing. The file contains data that can help us solve the issue.

When Microsoft Outlook is stuck and does not react, open the Task Manager. Find the OUTLOOK.EXE process, right-click it and select Create dump file.
If you are using 32-bit Microsoft Outlook on 64-bit PC, you need to run Task Manager from this path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Taskmgr.exe.
If you create the file, it will be saved in %TMP% folder. The file will be very big (in gigabytes).
