Option 1: The error of eWay Agent
eWay Agent is frozen and it must be turned off in the Task Manager. Launch Windows Task Manager, select the Processes tab and end the eWayAgent process. New eWay-CRM uninstallation will be successful.
Option 2: Restart the computer
In this case, the restart is the solution of the issue. New uninstallation will proceed successfully.
