Identification of Errors When Libraries Are Loaded While Launching eWay-CRM (FUSLOG)


Using eWay-CRM and its build-in application, you can see what libraries fail to load while eWay-CRM is starting.

How to turn on FUSLOG:

  1. Turn off Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Go to eWay-CRM installation folder and find FUSLOGVW.exe.
  3. Launch FUSLOGVW.exe as administrator.
  4. Set Log bind failures to disk in Settings.

  1. Run Microsoft Outlook, go to FUSLOG window and click Refresh.

  1. If there are any errors, the are recorded in the FUSLOG window.

  1. Double-click on the error opens its detail in your default web browser.

Analysis of the log allows you to find the issue. When you repair the problem, do not forget:

  1. Deactivate log clicking Log disable in the FUSLOG Settings.
  2. Close FUSLOG.
