How can I downgrade from paid version to eWay-CRM free?

Although it is not an official solution, it can be achieved by following the steps below.

IMPORTANT
The user will lose all customizations.
Only data is transferred. Values from user fields are not transferred by automatic import.

What can be done:

• Synchronize eWay-CRM Desktop under an account with full permissions.
• Download all documents/emails (make them available in offline mode – see the article How to Export Data From eWay-CRM).
• Before deleting the hosting, we recommend exporting all tables to Excel as a precaution. The export includes all fields, including custom fields.
• After deleting the hosting, import the data into the new free version – see the article How to import data from the previous eWay-CRM account.
