Option 1: Administration Center

The value is displayed in the Database Field column when you open the Fields section in the Administration Center and select a specific module — in our case, Contacts.

Option 2: eWay-CRM Online

If you are in the item detail in eWay-CRM Online, simply hover the cursor over the field whose database name you want to find out. After a moment, this name will appear in a tooltip.

Option 3: eWay-CRM Desktop

If you use eWay-CRM Desktop, you can find out the database name of a field by clicking into the field so that the cursor is placed there, and then pressing Alt + F1. The database name will be displayed next to the field.
