You need to set DatabaseStructureCreated to the value 0 in the Windows Registry folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Memos\eWay Outlook Client on the client's computer.

Or you can download this file, unzip it, and open it on your computer - the file sets the correct value in the Windows Registry.

Restart Outlook after the changes are applied.

This change can be forced on all client computers by updating eWay-CRM (e.g. installing the hotfix).
