How to recreate the local database and synchronize it again

Description

Some issues that you can experience can be solved by recreating the local database when you synchronize it again with the server database.

Availability: The function has been available since eWay-CRM 8.2.0.42.

Right-click the eWay Agent icon in the right part of the Windows Taskbar.

There is Diagnostics and you select Recreate local database in it.

ATTENTION: If you choose this option and you have some changes on your local database that were not synchronized on the server, these changes will be lost.

You will be asked to restart Outlook. When it starts again, the synchronization of whole database starts and server database is downloaded to your local one.
