Different reasons may cause the eWay-CRM update not to proceed correctly and be aborted. The article provides solutions to proceed with updates correctly.
All versions of eWay-CRM
Option 1: Restart Your PC
In some cases, the eWay-CRM update may get into conflict with the Microsoft Windows update. Because of it, try to restart your computer and then run update eWay-CRM again.
Option 2: Antivirus Software Blocks the Update
The update can be blocked by your antivirus software (known are Avast and AVG).
If the eWay-CRM update cannot proceed, restart your computer. Disable your antivirus software during the time of the update. You can turn it on right after the successful update.
Option 3: Uninstall eWay-CRM and Install the New Version Manually
If none of the two previous options worked, uninstall your eWay-CRM and install the newest version using the installation package.
