No email with a verification code is received when you try to reset the password during the login

  1. Check that you are inserting correct username or email. For safety, there won't be any error displayed when you type wrong username or email. Incorrect input is logged only in the web service log:
    Password reset request to unknown user 'XYZ' won't be send
  2. The email may be blocked by your SPAM filter. Please check your Junk folder.
  3. Check that the sending of emails is working on the web service: How to Check SMTP Configuration
