Email sent from the second IMAP account is received by your main Microsoft Exchange account (as hidden copy) on Microsoft Outlook 2010 (and probably older versions).

Microsoft Outlook 2010 (and probably older versions) is not able to determine from which account is the email sent. If the email account is tracked, the hidden copy will be always sent to Microsoft Exchange account. Nevertheless, IMAP tracking can work without this hidden copy.
To fix this create a rule for your Microsoft Exchange account that will erase all emails sent from your other account to Microsoft Exchange account.
