eWay-CRM Online Icons Are Gray in Desktop Outlook


Icons in eWay-CRM Online in desktop Outlook are not clickable. They are disabled.


All versions of eWay-CRM




Option 1: No selected email

The reason is that you don't have selected any email. Preview panes are bound to a selected email.

Option 2: Different view in Outlook

The issue is related to the way emails are displayed. You need to have emails displayed with their preview panel, not just list:

Go to View in Outlook and click Change View. Select Compact.

In this view, eWay-CRM Online is enabled.
