Availability: Web sign-up is available since eWay-CRM 7.1.
If you want to create one eWay-CRM account that allows you to use eWay-CRM Desktop, eWay-CRM Online, and mobile application, you just need to go to https://signup-v2.eway-crm.com/#/.

On the first page, you can see this one with registration options:
Options on this page are:
- Login - this option is for users who already have an eWay-CRM account and can log into eWay-CRM Web.
- Change language - you can change the language of the web registration in the right top corner.
- Sign up with Microsoft - sign up using your existing Microsoft account that you have to log into Outlook or other applications of Office 365. If you choose this option, you need to log into your Microsoft account.
Important: No matter what way of sign-up you choose, you need to use an email address that is not related to the eWay-CRM account yet. You can create only one eWay-CRM account on one email address.
This step follows only in the case you select sign-up by your email address, not by Microsoft account.
You will receive a six-figure code at your email address, so insert it to this page. If the code is correct, you will be automatically redirected to the next step.
If you are signing up by your Microsoft account, you will be redirected right to this step; if you are using registration by your email address you will be redirected after the verification (see the previous step).
Insert the name of your company and the phone number. These values are mandatory.
If you write your data, click Next.
If you are signing up with your Microsoft account, this step is skipped. When you are using registration by your email address, you need to insert a strong password.
If you insert your new password, click Next.
eWay-CRM has two different editions - eWay-CRM Premium Trial and eWay-CRM Free (the free version does not support professional email service). For more information, go to How to Choose the Right Edition.
When you select your edition, you will be redirected to the next step.
Follows two pages: please insert details about yourself and what your business is. When you complete all questions, you can click Next.
In the second window, tell us more about you and your CRM experience.
When you complete all questions, you can click Next.
The process can take a while, but you will be informed about it on the page.
After successful registration, you will be moved to the web access where you can import your Microsoft 365 contacts. For more information about this import, go to Import Contacts and Emails from Microsoft 365.
When the eWay-CRM account is created, you will see the page with a success message. If you want to use the system on your computer, you can download the installation file. For more information about the installation process, go to Client Installation (Since eWay-CRM 6.1.0).
Now, you can use all possibilities of eWay-CRM (unless it is limited by your edition):
- Install eWay-CRM on your PC and log into your account
- Start using eWay-CRM Online and import contacts and emails from your Microsoft 365 account
- Install the mobile application and log into it
