The issue can be related to these devices: OnePlus, Realme.
The synchronization does not work - nor does initial synchronization or synchronization of changes. The initial synchronization does not proceed even though the login was successful.
There is no error in the log that explains the malfunction.
All versions of eWay-CRM
OnePlus (but the issue can be on other Android devices) stops launching sync adapters as soon as the storage of the mobile phone is almost full (e.g. only 10 % of storage remains).
The synchronization will start as soon as you free your storage.
