  1. Download this registry file: https://download.eway-crm.com/regfiles/Synchronized.zip
  2. After you download it, close Outlook.
  3. Open the downloaded registry file so the change can be applied (this is only a change in eWay-CRM registry files).
  4. Start Outlook and wait until the synchronization ends.
