When you work with tasks in Microsoft Outlook, you can experience this note: "This item cannot be displayed in the Reading Pane. Open the item to read its contents."
You open the item in Microsoft Outlook, but you will be informed that it cannot be opened, because it does not exist. If you try to delete the item, Microsoft Outlook does not allow you to do it, because item does not exist.
All versions of eWay-CRM
To resolve the issue, you can use these options:
- Do not delete the item, try to move it to the Deleted items folder.
- Create a subfolder in the Deleted items folder and move the corrupted item there.
- Select corrupted item with another that is correct and try to move them both to the Deleted items folder. The email you want to preserve then just move back from the recycle bin.
- Delete the item via Microsoft Outlook Web Access (only in the case you are using Microsoft Exchange).
