I click eWay-CRM tab, but the ribbon won't appear

When you are using Microsoft Outlook and you click eWay-CRM tab, the ribbon that should be displayed, is missing:

All versions of eWay-CRM

The error is caused by Microsoft Outlook and cannot be changed by eWay-CRM.
The easy solution is to click another ribbon and then go back to eWay-CRM ribbon. It will be correctly displayed.
