When you working with eWay-CRM items, you can experience error "The RPC server is unavailable. (0x800706BA)". The issue is related to IMAP email accounts.

The error is caused by Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging add-in. For more information, go to Microsoft Office web page. If you want to run eWay-CRM correctly, you will need to take away the add-in from running ones.
In Microsoft Outlook, go to File > Options > Add-ins > Go... Unmark Microsoft Exchange Add-in from the list of COM Add-ins.
