This problem is caused by license verification mechanism in older versions of eWay-CRM.
All versions lower than 3.8.
- The easiest way to resolve the problem is to download new license key. The license key has to be downloaded into the eWay-CRM installation folder. After the file is updated a restart of Microsoft Outlook is required. To download the license key click here.
- Better solution is to update eWay-CRM. New version can be downloaded here. After you download the file, please first. As soon as you backup all data start the installation by running the installation file. Do not manually uninstall prevision version of eWay-CRM, the installation wizard will ask for it.
