Try:

Run Outlook in safe mode

Follow the instructions in this article: How to run Outlook in safe mode

If Outlook opens in this mode, try to close it and open it in a standard way.

Run Outlook with a new empty profile

In Windows Run insert and confirm:

outlook.exe /PIM Empty

If Outlook opens in this mode with eWay-CRM, try to deactivate other non-standard add-ins (e.g. Outlook Social Connector) and try to open Outlook again with your standard profile.
