The eWay-CRM login is not working


eWay-CRM is set to login using Active Directory (Administration application doesn't require password while creating users).

The password in the Active Directory was changed a few days ago. Suddenly, if you start eWay-CRM, the window pops up and you have to insert your login and password. If you do so, the system cannot be logged on, because of incorrect login.

Microsoft Windows and other services that use Active Directory are logged correctly.


All versions of eWay-CRM




  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
  2. Insert the path of your web service
  3. Insert login and password
  4. Try to synchronize again
