The cause is IIS (Internet Information Services) and roles that are not available. You need to install specific roles to proceed installation.

You need to install these additional roles (using Server Manager):

• ASP.NET 3.5 (for eWay-CRM older than 6.0)
• ASP.NET 4.5
• Static Content
