Sent email is automatically saved to eWay-CRM when IMAP (Gmail) mailbox is used even though you press Cancel before sending in the superior item selection dialog.
The issue may happen on other IMAP providers, but the issue was mainly reported using Gmail IMAP.

The issue is caused by incorrect IMAP setting on your email account in Microsoft Outlook and as long as the Predefine Active Deal or Project When Sending New Email setting is active.
