The communication with customers is basis to have everything in time and fulfill your commitments. All communication must be at hand to not to forget any important meeting or task and you will always be able to return to all agreements.
Meet the HUB, new module that shows you all important items related to the item you have opened - a company, project, contact or any other item. You can see all items at first sight in the HUB - tasks you need to complete, appointment you must meet or any other items that are necessary for the communication.
The HUB module is unique in eWay-CRM because it has no main list itself, it is always the part of the tab system in the item window. The HUB shows all items that are related to the opened item. The HUB shows these items:
- time sheet
- bookkeeping record
You have overview of all these items in one list that can be filtered due to your needs and you will see only those items you really need to see. The HUB is at first place in the tab system as a default (you can change its position) so you will always see those important items at the first sight.
The HUB list shows you basic information about all displayed items.
HUB is designed to show special columns that are similar for all items shown in the HUB. You can see those columns (the table shows what is displayed for each module in these columns):

If you have the appropriate permissions, you can perform the following actions:
- Create new item – you can create items by clicking the Add relation with a new item icon or by right-clicking the empty space in the HUB. You can create seven different items right in the list (see picture below). You don't have to click more than you really need. Basic information about tab system can be found in Work With Item Window.
- Edit existing items – information about editing can be found in the chapter: Edit Items
- Item removal – there are several ways to remove an item. They are described in the chapter: Remove Items. Some items cannot be erased from HUB such as tasks or calendars. If you delete an item in the HUB, you delete only relation to it, not the item itself.
