Automatically calculate Estimated People Costs from subprojects

The setting is in: Administration Center > Features > Projects.

Automatically calculate Estimated People Costs from subprojects gives you the opportunity to adjust the method of calculating the estimated people costs for superior projects. More information about parent projects can be found in the chapter: Projects Module Introduction.

Click Automatically calculate Estimated People Costs from subprojects to turn the setting on/off.

If the function is turned on, the value in Estimated People Costs in the Project window, which is adjusted as superior projects to other projects, is automatically calculated as the sum of the estimated people costs in all its sub-projects.

If the function is turned off, the automatic sum of estimated costs function is deactivated.

When you change the settings, be sure to click Save. For more information, go to Features.
