Power BI Reports
Availability: The feature is available starting from eWay-CRM version 9.2.
This feature works with reports built in Power BI, embedded directly inside eWay-CRM Online. You'll need an active Power BI account, signed in through Microsoft - pinning your own reports may also require a Power BI license that allows sharing reports from your workspace, so check with your Power BI administrator if you're not sure which one you have.
Power BI Reports for the Whole Module
If a module has a pre-built Power BI report configured (for example, Companies has a Sales By Products report), you'll find it directly among the saved views - it's marked with a Power BI icon.
Clicking that view opens the report directly in the module's content area, in place of the usual item list. The data always loads fresh, and the top-right corner shows when it was last refreshed; instead of the usual list toolbar, you'll only see a Refresh Report button.

Besides the pre-built reports, you can pin your own report from Power BI the same way - go to that module's Settings, open the Views tab, and click Pin your Power BI Report.

An overview of the reports available in your Power BI workspaces appears, grouped by workspace - check the one you want to pin and confirm with Save and Close.

The report is added to the saved views for the whole module, with the same Power BI icon as the pre-built reports. You can remove it directly from the views list by clicking the Unpin report icon - unlike regular views, it can't be deleted with the trash icon, since it isn't a saved filter.
Power BI Reports for a Single Item
You can also pin a report so it's only available in the context of a specific item, not for the whole module. Select an item in the list - a Power BI Reports button appears in the toolbar.

Clicking it shows the pre-built reports configured for that module, followed by a separator and the Pin your Power BI Report option.

Pinning your own report works the same way as for the whole module - the same workspace/report dialog (see the image above). The difference is in the result: the report isn't added to the saved views, only to this menu, and it's only available once an item is selected - it isn't a standalone view you can navigate to from anywhere else.
Clicking a report in this menu (pre-built or your own) opens it as a dialog over the list, rather than directly in the module's content area.

A pinned report can be removed again - just return to the same dialog, uncheck the report, and save.
The Power BI account the dialog is signed in with is shown at the bottom of it; from there you can also switch accounts or log out.
