Enable Active Deals and Projects Filter on Superior Item option gives you the opportunity to display all superior items (deals and projects) when you are selecting Superior Item on email in Microsoft Outlook, or you see only these deals and projects that are related to the email address of the sender (incoming email) or receiver (outgoing email).
Double-clicking Enable Active Deals and Projects Filter on Superior Item in the list will bring up the Global Setting card.

If the check box is marked, the function is turned on and when you are selection Superior Item on email, you will see these deals and projects whose Contact Person or Customer have filled email address same as sender (incoming emails) or receiver (outgoing emails). You will also see deal that have filled same email address in their detail. If there are more receivers in outgoing message, you will see deals and projects for all of them.
If the check box is not marked, function is turned off and you will see all deals and projects.
Clicking OK in the lower part of the Global Setting card saves changes and closes the card. If you wish to close the global settings card without saving any changes, click Cancel.
