Maximum number of items to print or copy (using the Windows clipboard)

The setting is in: Administration Center > Features > Security.

Maximum number of items to print or copy (using the Windows clipboard) gives you the option to restrict how many items can be copied or printed at the same time. It is a specific option when items above this value are considered as a mass. The usage is, for example, connected with limitation of items export when you can export only number of items that is same or lower as the set value (for more information about item export, go to Set Module Permissions). The setting will work only in the case that the value in the Export column of Set Module Permissions for a specific module is set to No.

Click Maximum number of items to print or copy (using the Windows clipboard) to set the value.

Fill in the numerical value that represents the maximum number of items that can be printed or copied at once. The higher number of items won't be exported at once out of the system.
