When changing purchase price, recalculate

Availability: This setting is available starting from eWay-CRM version 9.4.

You can find the setting in the Administration Center, under the Functions section and the Sales module.

Using the When changing purchase price, recalculate option, you can define which values should be recalculated in the bookkeeping record if the purchase price changes — whether margin and markup should be recalculated, or the list price.

By clicking When changing purchase price, recalculate, you will see the available configuration options.

The setting offers the following options:

• Margin and Markup – when the purchase price changes, the margin and markup are recalculated so that the list price remains unchanged.

• List Price – when the purchase price changes, the list price is recalculated so that the margin and markup remain unchanged.

When you change the setting, don’t forget to click Save. For more information, see the Functions article.
