When changing list price, recalculate

Availability: This setting is available starting from eWay-CRM version 9.4.

You can find the setting in the Administration Center, under the Functions section and the Sales module.

Using the When changing list price, recalculate option, you can define which values should be recalculated in the bookkeeping record if the list price changes — whether the discount should be recalculated, or the unit price.

By clicking When changing list price, recalculate, you will see the available configuration options.

The setting offers the following options:

• Discount – when the list price changes, the discount is recalculated so that the unit price remains unchanged.

• Unit price – when the list price changes, the unit price is recalculated so that the discount remains unchanged.

When you change the setting, don’t forget to click Save. For more information, see the Functions article.
