This report monitors users' holiday entitlement. The holiday is calculated from leaves that are marked as Paid Vacation.
It is necessary that:
- The user who is generating the report has the appropriate permissions to view users and leaves.
|Start||Beginning of the period.|
|End||End of the period.|
After changing the values, the report will be automatically generated again.
|User||Name of the user.|
|Vacation Used||A number of days spent on vacation by each user.|
|Vacation Length||The total number of vacation days to witch a user is entitled.|
How much remaining vacation a user has.
The column is shown only in the case when parameters are set from 1st January to 31st December.
After generating a report, data are loaded in user name order. You can sort items according to different columns. There are small arrows in the column headlines that are used for sorting rows - clicking the up or down arrow will sort items in the table in descending or ascending order.
