Connection Tab

The Connection tab gives access to settings of web service address, login name, and password, and therefore it is only displayed in the Premium version of eWay-CRM. Unless you are an administrator, we recommend that you do not change these data. In the case of a connection problem with the eWay-CRM database or the web service, please contact your system administrator.

Users can change his or her password by clicking the Change Password button.

It is possible to change the user by clicking Switch User.

Insecurely and Securely Connected Web Service

Web Service has next to its address an icon that represents whether the connection to Web Service is secure or not.

Icon	Description
	Connection to Web Service is secure, e.g. HTPPS with a valid certificate.
	Connection to Web Service is not secure, e.g. HTTP or HTTPS with an invalid certificate.
