Calendar

Availability: The Calendar module is available starting from eWay-CRM 9.3.

The Calendar module is not a standalone eWay-CRM Online module. It serves as a connection between eWay-CRM Online and Outlook Online. This means you work in a single environment and can easily keep track of all your events and meetings directly in eWay-CRM.

This article is primarily intended as a basic overview of the module in eWay-CRM Online. For more detailed information about the module as a whole, you can switch to the module description in the eWay-CRM Desktop section.

Calendar

To open the calendar, simply click the module name in the top menu of the eWay-CRM Online webpage.

After clicking the link, the calendars of your Microsoft 365 account will be displayed.

Event detail

When you click an event in the calendar, its details open. In the toolbar, you’ll find the option to open the eWay-CRM add-in.

Once you do so, a preview panel appears showing which items are related to the calendar event, as well as information about whether the calendar is synced with your eWay-CRM account. If it isn’t, just click Update.

Calendar tab on an item

All events saved to a given item can also be found on the item’s detail. So if you open a company with which a meeting was held, you’ll see it on the Calendar tab.
