Manual Contacts Saving Between Microsoft Outlook and eWay-CRM Desktop

eWay-CRM Desktop also has its own Contacts module. This is a different module from the one in Microsoft Outlook, but eWay-CRM Desktop is fully integrated with it and offers a function for two-way record saving. This ensures that you don’t have to update a contact in multiple places. If you edit a contact in Microsoft Outlook, the changes will also appear in eWay-CRM Desktop Contacts, and vice versa.

Contacts can be completely synchronized via automatic synchronization (see Automatic Synchronization of Contacts Between Microsoft Outlook and eWay-CRM Desktop), or you can select a few contacts to synchronize manually. You can do this in the following ways.

Contact Saving From Microsoft Outlook to eWay-CRM Desktop

Select the contacts from your Microsoft Outlook contact list that you want to save to eWay-CRM. Right-clicking them will bring up a context menu from which you select the option Save to eWay-CRM.

You can also save a contact directly from the contact window in Microsoft Outlook. Clicking Save to eWay-CRM, in the upper right corner of the contact window, will synchronize the contact with eWay-CRM Desktop.

Information about adjusting contact synchronization can be found in the article Contacts Tab.
