Resolution

The error can be solved by adding a key into the Windows registry depending on the configuration of your computer. The registry file for adding correcting key can be downloaded here: http://download.eway-crm.cz/regfiles/Outlook_2013_C2R_fix.ZIP.

There are two .reg files:

  • File called Outlook2013_C2R_32_on_64 - is for the configuration where bit architecture of Windows is different from the Office bit configuration (64-bit x 32-bit)
  • File called Outlook2013_C2R - Windows and Office has same bit architecture (31-bit x 32-bit or 64-bit x 64-bit)

Launch the file that has same description as your Windows and Office bit architecture is.
