Track Only Email Addresses in To Field

Track Only Email Addresses in To Field enables you to track not only emails of the user in the To field, but eWay-CRM can also track the user whose email address is in the Cc field (or Bcc for outgoing emails only). More information about email tracking can be found in the Emails Tab article.

Double-clicking Track Only Email Addresses in To Field in the list will bring up the Global Setting card.

If the check box is marked, the function is enabled and your eWay-CRM system is tracking only users in the To field of the email.

If the check box is not marked, the function is deactivated and eWay-CRM tracks users in the To field of the email and also user in the Cc field of the email.

Clicking OK in the lower part of the Global Setting card will save changes and close the card. If you wish to close the Global Setting card without saving any changes, click Cancel.
