User Vacation

This report monitors users' holiday entitlement. The holiday is calculated from leaves that are marked as Paid Vacation.

Calculation Requirements

It is necessary that:

  • The user who is generating the report has the appropriate permissions to view users and leaves.

Report Parameters

Parameter Description
Start Beginning of the period.
End End of the period.

After changing the values, the report will be automatically generated again.

Generated Report

Column Description
User Name of the user.
Vacation Used Days are spent on vacation by each user.
Vacation Length The total number of vacation days to which a user is entitled.
Vacation Remaining

How much remaining vacation does a user have.

The column is shown only in the case when parameters are set from 1st January to 31st December.

After generating a report, data are loaded in user name order. You can sort items according to different columns. There are small arrows in the column headlines that are used for sorting rows - clicking the up or down arrow will sort items in the table in descending or ascending order.
