Deals Forecast

This report provides you with well-arranged information about the structure, price and probability of all your active deals related to a sales manager. The report divides revenues due to a period of planned realization (e.g the date of revenue creation) and the probability of successfully closing a deal. It allows you to plan your business and investment activities with greater accuracy.

Calculation Requirements

It is necessary for the user who is generating the report to:

  • have the appropriate permissions to view deals with detailed information such as Probability, Price and Estimated end
  • values also have to be filled in the Deal window.

Report Parameters

Sales Manager Choose the user whose report you wish to view. If you select the (All) value, you generate statistics for all users.
Deal Type and Status Choose specific type of deal or all deals.

After changing values, the report will be automatically generated again.

Generated Report

The headline of the report shows the report type.

Table of Deal Probability Distribution

The table represents prices of all active deals (deals that are not converted to project or Lost) and the probability of converting these deals to projects. The first column shows the time periods (month) into which the deals fall. The subsequent columns represent a group of values that contain the Probability fields of a specific deal related to a selected sales manager.

Overview of Included Deals

Below the table of probability deals distribution, there is a simple list of details about all deals that were included in the forecast. The overview should help with the orientation of aggregate data without the necessity of switching into the deal module.

ID ID of specific deal.
Name Name of the deal. The text is link. If you click it, deal window will open.
Status Current status of the deal.
Company Company that is the Customer of the deal.
Contact Contact that is Contact Person of the deal.
Estimated End Date when the deal should be finished.
Probability Probability of the deal successful end.
Price Price of the deal from the Deal window.

After generating a report, data are sorted by ID. You can sort items according to different columns. There are small arrows in the column headlines that are used for sorting rows - clicking the up or down arrow will sort items in the table in descending or ascending order.
