Search the List

Availability: The function is standard in eWay-CRM, but has been turned on automatically in lists since eWay-CRM 5.4.4.

The search panel can be found in the top right corner of the list or tab system of item details.

Then, just type in some string you want to find and you will see results highlighted in the list. All text columns are searched.

The search is applied until you cancel it by the X button in the field or you can manually delete the string.

The search is applied also in the case you are filtering by the field. See Quick Search and Filtering by Column and Filter Items.

If you do not want to display the find panel for the specific module, you can just right-click any column header and select Hide Find Panel.

Note

In the case you hide the search panel, you also hide a button for creating a new item and the Views button.

On the other hand, if the find panel is not displayed, you also right-click any column header and select Show Find Panel.
