Resolution

When Microsoft Outlook is stuck and does not react, open the Task Manager. Find the OUTLOOK.EXE process, right-click it and select Create dump file.

If you are using 32-bit Microsoft Outlook on 64-bit PC, you need to run Task Manager from this path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Taskmgr.exe.

If you create the file, it will be saved in %TMP% folder. The file will be very big (in gigabytes).
