Common Problems During eWay-CRM Update


Different reasons may cause that eWay-CRM update will not proceed correctly and is aborted. The article provides solutions to proceed with update correctly.

Option 1: Restart Your PC

In some cases, eWay-CRM update may get into a conflict with Microsoft Windows update. Because of it, try to restart your computer and then run update eWay-CRM again.

Option 2: Antivirus Software Blocks the Update

Update can be blocked by your antivirus software (known are Avast and AVG).

If eWay-CRM update cannot proceed, restart your computer. Disable your antivirus software during the time of the update. You can turn it on right after the successful update.

Option 3: Uninstall eWay-CRM and Install the New Version Manually

If none of two previous option worked, uninstall your eWay-CRM and install the newest version using the installation package.
