eWay-CRM Account Web Sign Up

Availability: Web sign-up is available since eWay-CRM 7.1.

If you want to create one eWay-CRM account that allows you to use eWay-CRM in Outlook, eWay-CRM Web, mobile application, and eWay-CRM add-in for Microsoft Outlook 365, you just need to go to  https://signup-v2.eway-crm.com/#/.

1. Sign-up Options

As a first page, you can see this one with registration options:

Options on this page are:

  • Login - this option is for users who already have an eWay-CRM account and can log into eWay-CRM Web.
  • Change language - you can change the language of the web registration on the right top corner.
  • Sign up with Microsoft - sign up using your existing Microsoft account that you have to log into Outlook or other applications of Office 365. If you choose this option, you need to log into your Microsoft account.
  • Sign up with your email address - this is the option in the bottom part of the page where you need to insert your name, surname, and email address and you need to mark I agree to the eWay-CRM Business Terms and Privacy Policy.

Important: No matter what way of sign-up you choose, you need to use an email address that is not related to the eWay-CRM account yet. You can create only one eWay-CRM account on one email address.

2. Email Verification

This step follows only in the case you select sign-up by your email address, not by Microsoft account.

You will receive a six-figure code at your email address, so insert it to this page. If the code is correct, you will be automatically redirected to the next step.

3. Specify Company

If you are signing up by your Microsoft account, you will be redirected right to this step; if you are using registration by your email address you will be redirected after the verification (see the previous step).

Insert the name of your company and the phone number. These values are mandatory.

If you write your data, click Next.

4. Insert Password

If you are signing up with your Microsoft account, this step is skipped. When you are using registration by your email address, you need to insert a strong password.

If you insert your new password, click Next.

5. Select Edition

eWay-CRM has two different editions - eWay-CRM Premium Trial and eWay-CRM Free (the free version does not support professional email service). For more information, go to How to Choose the Right Edition.

When you select your edition, you will be redirected to the next step.

6. Select Modules

You do not have to install all modules of eWay-CRM, you can select only those you really need. These modules are installed regardless of your selection: UsersJournalDocumentsEmailsTasksCalendarSkills, and Trainings / Certifications.

ModulesDescription
Contacts & Companies

You can create the database of your contacts and companies and save communication with them.

This module cannot be turned off. Contacts and Companies modules will be installed and also these reports: Activity on Companies.

Sales

Keep a record of your sales and whole communication.

DealsExchange Rates and Goals (only Sales Manager goal) module are installed. These reports are available: Activity on DealsDeal TrendDeals Forecast and Sales Activity.

Projects

Save all your projects and jobs, their completion level, and plan all your tasks that are related to projects.

Projects and Exchange Rates modules are installed. These reports are available: Project Timeline and Planned vs Real Profit.

Marketing Campaigns

You have the option to send bulk mail and track its feedback.

The Marketing and Marketing List module is installed. These reports are available: Marketing Results.

Quotes & Billing

Users can create proposals and invoices.

BookkeepingProductsDiscount Lists, and Goals modules are installed. These reports are available: Company Sales and Company Sales by Account Manager.

These settings are enabled in the Administration Application:

Time Sheets & Planning

These modules can be installed only in the case you are installing Projects too.

Users will be able to plan and register their work time and costs.

Time SheetsBonusesSalariesLeavesResource PlanWork Commitments, and Available Resources modules are installed. These reports are available: Time SheetTime Sheet by CompanyTime Sheet With CostsUsers Projects Costs PivotUsers Projects Attendance PivotUser Vacation, and Project Costs.

These settings are enabled in the Administration Application:

When you select all modules you want, click Next.

7. Your Details

On this page, please insert details about yourself, so we know how experienced you are with CRM systems and what is your business.

When you complete all questions, you can click Next.

8. Add Users

If you chose the eWay-CRM Premium Trial license, you can add two other users to your eWay-CRM - just insert their email addresses. If you selected eWayCRM Free, this option is not available.

If you add email addresses or you do not want to add any, click Finish and Create the Account.

9. Account Creating Process

The process can take a while, but you will be informed about it on the page.

10. Successful Finish

When the eWay-CRM account is created, you will see the page with a success message. If you want to use the system on your computer, you can download the installation file. For more information about the installation process, go to Client Installation (Since eWay-CRM 6.1.0).

Now, you can use all possibilities of eWay-CRM (unless it is limited by your edition):
