Automatically Save Exported Word Documents in eWay-CRM

Automatically Save Exported Word Documents in eWay-CRM option gives you the opportunity to set whether documents that where created by exporting item to Word will be automatically saved to eWay-CRM.

Double-clicking the Automatically Save Exported Word Documents in eWay-CRM item in the list will bring up the Global Setting card.

If the check box is marked, the function is turned on and Word documents exported as XML will be saved to eWay-CRM right after export. document will automatically have a relation to the item from what it was created, also Superior Item, Company and Contact Person will be filled if they are available from the exported item.

If the check box is not marked, function is turned off and exported Word documents will not be automatically saved to eWay-CRM.

Clicking OK in the lower part of the Global Setting card saves changes and closes the card. If you wish to close the global settings card without saving any changes, click Cancel.

Availability: The setting is available since eWay-CRM 5.2.3.
