Resolution

You can register an eWay-CRM account using your Microsoft account. If so, Azure App Registration with SSO (Single sign-on) using OpenID Connect is used for this registration.

If you are using SAML (designed for enterprise applications) in Azure, SSO won't work and that can cause the repeating two-factor authentication when eWay-CRM is launched.

For more information, see this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/authentication-vs-authorization#authentication-and-authorization-using-microsoft-identity-platform

You can solve this when you register the eWay-CRM account using only your email and password, not registration by the Microsoft account. Alternatively Azure login may be disabled on current service.
