The server log shows this error:
eWay.WebService.Triggers.MaintenanceTasks.DeleteOldDatabaseBackupFiles Directory path does not exist. Parameter name: directoryPath
All versions of eWay-CRM
The error is related to the user and its permissions. The steps for resolution are:
- Go to the Web Service folder and find out in the Web.config file what user is connecting to the database.
- Change these user's permissions to sysadmin.
