Default Proposal Validity Period
Default Proposal Validity Period defines what the default period of the proposal validity for the Issued proposal type of a bookkeeping record is. In the Due Date field will be automatically filled value according to the date you select in the Date Issued field.
Double-clicking Default Proposal Validity Period in the list will bring up the Global Setting card.
Field on the Global Setting Detail
The field is intended for entering the numeric value that represents number of days of proposal validity. Value in the Due Date is calculated according to the date you filled in the Date Issued field. The default setting is "-1" which means that the Due Date field is not automatically filled.
Clicking OK in the lower part of the Global Setting card will save changes and close the card. If you wish to close the Global Setting card without saving any changes, click Cancel.
