Minimum Duration of Call in Seconds After Which New Journal Will Be Created When the Call Finishes

Minimum Duration of Call in Seconds After Which New Journal Will Be Created When the Call Finishes defines whether the automatic journal will be created after the call when the call will be longer than interval in this setting. Double-clicking Minimum Duration of Call in Seconds After Which New Journal Will Be Created When the Call Finishes in the list will bring up the Global Setting card.

Field on the Global Setting Detail

The field is intended for entering the adjustment value. It is a value in seconds. If the call is longer than the set interval, the journal will be automatically created and saved. You will see it open. The journal contains these information:

  • The journal is automatically related to the project, company, contact based on the telephone number.
  • The journal type will be set as Call.
  • The journal will contain the time of the call.

If you set value to 0 (zero), the function is disabled and journal window will not be displayed. 

Clicking OK in the lower part of the Global Setting card will save changes and close the card. If you wish to close the Global Setting card without saving any changes, click Cancel.
